Based on the statement, create a discussion about the impact of culture on Knowledge Management. In your analysis, you should provide the cultural characteristics of companies, (both profit and not-forprofit), that affect knowledge management practices.
Question 3 Critically discuss the importance of communities of practice on sharing knowledge and information. Consider an organisation you are familiar with and propose a strategy that would enable the development of a product through virtual communities of practice. Ensure you include consideration of the ethical and professional issues raised by such strategic policies.
