1. Successfully rig an intermediate to advanced level facial - MAY830 - Advanced Rigging

Subject Description 
Building on the first semester Basic Rigging class this course continues with a focus on moving beyond simple characters to more realistic detailed rigs. Topics including control of clothing, hair/fur, muscular deformation systems. Through the use of advanced tools, rigs incorporating advanced facial controls, surfaces that dynamically react to both external/environmental and muscular forces will be reviewed and discussed.

Upon successful completion of this subject the student will be able to:

1. successfully rig an intermediate to advanced level facial control system.
2. demonstrate a knowledge of more advanced rigging methods (wrinkles / hair / fur).
3. demonstrate a full knowledge of computerized kinematics and skeletal systems.
