Personal Employability Self-Assessment

Details of the task You are required to present a personal employability selfassessment in class. You will give 3 examples of your strengths, and 3 examples of your areas to be developed. You may wish to use the job description provided as a focus for this: all examples should be focussed on competencies for employability. You should use the STAR approach for these examples. Doing this will improve your self-awareness in regard to employability, help you to effectively communicate your strengths and take action to improve on weaknesses.

You may use the skills wheel, also provided, to help you make an initial assessment. The seminar tutor may pair you up with another student to run through your presentation
