This is an essay of 2500 words structured around 
3 learning outcomes:
1)Demonstrate the ability to apply the current NMC Code of Conduct
2)Identify the role of the nurse in the assessment ,planning,implementation and evaluation of care within the multidisciplinary team 
3)Examine the key legal and ethical frameworks underlying the care of adults with long term conditions 
We have to give example from practice as well for each outcome.
I have to give examples related to the care of the elderly and patients who had colonoscopies,endoscopies because I did my practice on this wards.
