Develop a Sustainability Assessment Framework for a high performant building of your choice. The development of a sustainability assessment framework should be based on your own understanding of the sustainability concept and its assessment. The Framework and coursework should consider:

• Introduction
• The technical, five factors of technical sustainability
• Each factor should have a maximum of five assessment criteria
• The criteria can be quantitative and qualitative
• The units of measure and how these will be measured should be specified for all criteria
• The sustainability assessment is for a high performant building of your choice
• A comparison of your assessment with the BREEAM assessment for the same building
• Conclusions

Each student should contribute to the coursework with a maximum of 1500 words. The group coursework will represent 30% of your assessment of this module.
