Imagine you have to present to your colleagues in order to describe and justify the innovation as a practice they should consider adopting. Prepare a presentation for your professional colleagues as a written document.  It will be presented as an essay in three parts as outlined below. 

(i) An overview of the innovative practice with 3 key references for further reading if your colleagues want to follow-up independently; (about 500 words)

(ii) A more general  rationale - a justification and explanation - for the relevance and importance of the innovation in the contemporary education - why should this innovation be considered now? (about 500 words)

(iii) Provide an explanation of the relevance of the innovation to the specific context of your own teaching. You can consider your actual professional context or present a specific context that you have been, or might be involved with. (about 500 words)
