Task

There is a general agreement that the effective management of organisational performance is a key factor in the achievement of the organisations strategic aims in a competitive and dynamic business environment. Therefore, the accurate assessment and continual improvement of performance is of strategic importance to the organisation.

Your task is to undertake an investigation of an organisation of your choice, assessing its organisational performance using appropriate methods of analysis covered in the module, and identify potential areas for improvement. You will submit a management report on your individual piece of research, demonstrating your critical understanding of the organisation’sperformance from a range of perspectives and make recommendations for improvement together with an appropriate implementation plan.
