Assignment Brief/Coursework Content:

  • Lab report covering the topics of hand grip dominant/non dominant hand or anthropomorphic measurements in a normal health population.
  • Featured in the on campus lab session or the online tutorial, associated Labster sessions and data files.
  • The Lab report should follow the template provided on Blackboard to guide the structure and length of sections.
  • The aim is for you to link theory to practical process, present data, use basic scientific formula to analyse data and draw relevant conclusions from your data.
  • All data gathered will be anonymised in keeping with GDPR rules and destroyed after the submission date.
  • Consent will be sought in keeping with ethical approval. For those not wishing to take part there will be enough data to complete the experiment.

Recommended reading/online sources:

  • Refer to your practical handout, research paper, videos and data files, copies ofwhich can be found on Blackboard in the Learning and Teaching Activities and the assessment and feedback Tab.
  • Learning resources for the topics can be found in the Week 6 and Week 2 sections of the

Learning and Teaching Activities on Blackboard.

  • Refer to the marking rubric provided on Blackboard in the Assessment and Feedback Tab for marking criteria. This will also be discussed in the online laboratory session.

Deadline 11 January 2021 Noon.

Practical tutorial in week 8 to support the write up.

Submission Details:

  • Submit your report as a PDF to the Turnitin submission link in the Lab Report folder under the Assessment Tab on Blackboard.
  • Name your document using the following format: StudentID_SE0HAP_LabReport.pdf
