Description: Research different types of surveys commonly undertaken on commercial buildings. Students will prepare a presentation where each student must identiy a specific survey and produce a series of slides. The presentation must outline the purpose of each of the surveys, where they fit into the lifecycle of a building and provide advice on when a client might find it appropriate to commission such a survey
The students will be expected to present during class time and students are expected to attend all presentations. Each student will present for a maximum of 5 mins.
