Working in  a care home doing my placement, I didn’t know I had to be recording the fridge temperature daily. On a particular day while in the kitchen I saw a recording sheet of fridge temperature recording by other staff members. I felt really bad that I hadn’t been doing this and having the knowledge of food safety from previous trainings.   From henceforth, I  started recording the fridge temperature each time i go to work. – 1500 words
