Assignment Three: Reflective report

The final assignment is due on the Monday after next in week nine.

In relation to the topics of business ethics and sustainable practice, prepare a reflective report which incorporates a critical analysis and evaluation of business experiences drawing on relevant theory and research evidence. The report should incorporate examples from business. 

·        750 words

·        Out of 100 marks 

·        Weighting  - 25% of course marks

Guidelines

Use the advice below to complete the report. 

1. There are many examples of ethical behaviour in the media as well as case studies in academic texts and journal articles. Choosing examples that are of interest to your own specialism or sector will maximise the benefits of your study. 2. In terms of word count, one example for each topic is probably sufficient, but don`t choose more than two examples to illustrate a) business ethics and b) sustainable practice. The example should be summarised briefly. Then draw on theory that you have selected and researched to explain your views. 3. it is helpful to define the terms you may use and to describe the  theoretical models you use. 4. As in previous assignments a brief introduction and summary should be incorporated. 5. In the summary you should include specific recommendations. For example, this could be the need for ethical training or the appointment of a sustainable business champion. References A list of references in alphabetical order by author’s surname using Harvard referencing should be provided.

· Use selection and judgement to avoid coverage which is too broad and therefore lacks the depth expected at post-graduate level.

· Use supporting data to illustrate your response and give credibility to your work by the using academic references.
