Use Belbin Team Role (team worker according to the test but in reality I felt that I am the leader) and Tuckman theory (forming/storming/norming/performing/adjourning-all stages of the theory apply to the group). During the presentation I was shy, nervous but the results of the presentation was very good. At the beginning we didn’t know what product to choose, after decision have been taken we start to do the research. I was the most implicated to find all information.

 

This reflective account should describe the experience of the group process involved in producing the group presentation, as above.

 

It should include some account of the thoughts and emotional reactions of the members of the group.

 

There will also be an evaluation of:

 

• What went well (during the presentation)

• Not so well (I was very stressed)

• One’s own contribution (all research)

• Others’ contributions. (PowerPoint, speech)

 

Overall, there is need for the student to analyse the experience and to develop some ideas about enhancing their future performance.
