Write a reflective report demonstrating analysis, understanding and insight of both, your leadership style and entrepreneurial qualities and characteristics. Evidence your report with research in the key topic areas giving examples from business and business organisations showing how those styles and attributes might be utilised to add value to management and operation of a business organisation.

 

Your report should show evidence of reading and broad research of the topic areas, evidence of your self-assessment results and identification of specific qualities, traits and attributes that can be seen influencing success in business.

 

Your report should be supported by research from credible sources and correctly referenced.

 

Your self- assessment results should be added to your online journal in the Unit BREO shell. These might include the GET test and other analysis tools.

The unit leader evaluates reports based on the following criteria:

• Analysis and reflection on your self-assessment activity
• Evidence of research of the subject areas and linked to theory.
• Evidence of application of your research in Leadership and Entrepreneurship demonstrating how value is added to business, using examples from business
