Assessment Brief :
Task A: 
You are required to design an Event Operations manual to demonstrate your ability to plan and organise a live event. The Operations manual will be a minimum of 2400 words and will include -: A comprehensive feasibility study, a clear project plan including group roles and responsibilities, finances, detailed venue assessment, a risk management plan Inc. risk assessment, evidence of communication, advertising and marketing information, crisis plans and the schedule plans for the event.

Task B : 
You are required to produce an individual essay of 1600 words covering the Live Event Project. As this is a reflective account you may write in the first person. Please read and follow the assessment.
The work should critically appraise and reflect upon both the Event and your role within the team. Highlighting key strengths and recognising any areas for your own professional development and analysing success or failure areas during the Event.
