ASSESSMENT TASKS

Background:

Assume that you are a junior partner in a consultancy acting as consultants to ECL Civil Engineering Ltd. (see https://www.eclcivils.co.uk/ecl/) who have contracted your consultancy to advise them on matters relating to preparing their bid for the Outage Store Sub-Phase of Phase-1 work of the Sizewell C project. (a) Using the Sizewell C case study data, and any relevant research you conduct, prepare an appropriate work breakdown structure (WBS) itemising work elements that ECL Civil Engineering Ltd should include in their bid submission.

Level 0 is the title; in this case ‘Outage Store work’

Level 1 comprises the sub-sub-phases identified in the client’s Outline

Delivery Plan.
