The individual submission of the report will identify change needed from the analysis of the case study provided (from assessment 1). The change will support the organization’s objectives.
Students will be expected to review the following:
1. Change management plan
2. Change outcomes
3. Communication of the change process
4. Impact analysis 5. Measurement of success
6. Business case for the change
