Most of Omar’s work is for students doing Level 5 people management units. He reads the brief slowly, underlines what each task wants, and then makes a simple plan in his notebook before he starts typing. In his answers, he explains ideas in everyday English and links them to normal HR situations, like hiring, performance reviews or staff training, so the work feels natural and not over-complicated. When references are needed, he adds Harvard sources himself in the format UK colleges expect, using recent HR and CIPD material where it fits. Before he returns any file, he goes back through the tasks one by one to check nothing has been missed and runs a quick check for spelling and similarity.
