Guidance for this assessment

The assessment will take the form of a 4,500 word review + 500 word proposal.

Part of the assessment will include a 500 word topic proposal, to be submitted in week 6. Detailed Guidelines for the proposal will be provided in the assessment folder.

The focus of the assessment is upon a contemporary business enquiry which you will identify from within the business and management discipline of your named degree programme.

You will critically review appropriate academic literature for your chosen business enquiry and conclude the review noting the linkages between business practice and academic theory, areas for future research or developments and future challenges for industry. Further detailed guidance on the structure & format of the review will be provided during the lectures & in the assessment folder on Bb.
