Introduction
The assignment brief is to prepare a poster presentation which depicts a change management model and to demonstrate how it can be applied within a business change project.
Note that this assignment has a value of 35% and the word count is an equivalent figure. Please remember that your model selection, poster design and content is an integral part of this assignment.
Within the change management body of literature there are many models to select from, or adapt for your poster, the recommendation is to provide only one model, in diagrammatic form.
The recommended remaining content should cover the following aspects:
The context of the change situation and how a change management model can be applied from a business perspective
An evaluation of the impact of change in response to a business issue or external factor, and how it is managed effectively internally in relation to people, processes and other aspects of business.
What contributions are made by the person or persons leading the change project. How have they ensured that the business continues to operate effectively.
In each section the use of supporting recent and relevant academic theory is required to underpin your answer. Professional business presentation, (particularly relevant when designing a poster) and language all contribute to the overall mark. These marks will be incorporated into the marks for each section. Total (100 marks)
