2. Select a critical occurrence from your practice setting and reflect critically on how you prioritised, managed, and delegated within the scenario.

3. Explore the relevant evidence-base for practice within the scenario and link this to clinical governance and quality assurance processes that support the chosen scenario.

4. Examine the role of the Nursing Associate in relation to identifying and managing stress in self and colleagues.

5. Conclusion: sum up your main points including your key development needs.

6. Include a reference list, using the London Harvard system.

7. Include the formative personal development plan as an appendix and refer to the plan within the summative assignment
