Assignment Brief:

Identify a topic of interest to yourself, focussed towards the specialism indicated by the title of your degree programme. Within this area there should be a ‘problem’. Write a research proposal. Your Research Proposal should be a maximum of 2,500 words long (excluding references and appendices). This proposal may (or may not) be developed subsequently into your final year dissertation. Submit using Turnitin. Your Research Proposal must follow the standard set of sections shown below, which are then explained in more detail below.
