Using the Group Study feature, students will identify the needed areas of culture change, and write a paper on how to administratively move the agency to change
The paper should be at least 10 pages in length, contain at least five academic research sources, and be presented in APA format
Each student should contribute weekly to the group discussion and research
Papers that meet minimum requirements will receive average grades, but papers that exceed minimums and demonstrate relevant research, critical thinking, and understanding of the principles involved, will receive maximum points; each student will be judged individually on their contributions to the Group Project.
