Discover her life purpose and be happy.

The clients were asked to journey with self and do a lot of reflection and introspection journey. We also did action planning and the clients were asked to provide ongoing accountability to her goals. So we did self -reflection Exercise,Goal-setting and action planning and accountability and support. 

Session  Report: Help the client to reflect on her childhood dreams and aspirations and  explore the arrears of life that made her feel a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment. Through these sessions the client was able to identify the activities that made her  lose track of time.By exploring her  passion and interest.The client was able to gain valuable insight into what truly matters to her and what  naturally draws her  towards attention.The clients were able to discover their values and beliefs.This discovery help the client to align their life with the true purpose. In this journey the client was also able to discover their limiting beliefs or self imposed barriers which was holding them back and they discovered the values that aligned with the authentic self 

In this coaching the clients confirm that they were now able to identify and acknowledge their values and beliefs. They have gained clarity on what matters to them  and they able to make decision that aligned to theirs life purpose which they have discovered
