Your findings should be presented clearly. You should include:

1. A brief description of current policy and practice
2. An evaluative critical analysis of current policy and practice. Identify the practices that are working well and those that are not. Consider not only the effectiveness of these practices but also the contribution derived from them in terms of the organisation achieving its strategic goals. Evaluate the impact on the organisation.
