During this unit you will research and evaluate marketing at Gourmet House and Ocean Park. You will then devise a marketing plan for Gourmet House. Your contact at Gourmet House has asked about the marketing at organisations that are well known for being successful. As you have already visited a tourist attraction, Ocean Park, you are advised to use this as a comparison. You will then write a report to the marketing director at Gourmet House.
