Gourmet House is an exclusive Hong Kong luxury chocolate company dedicated to the production of high quality, premium chocolate from carefully sourced ingredients in a time-honoured, traditional manner. During this unit you will research and evaluate marketing at Gourmet House and Ocean Park. You will then devise a marketing plan for Gourmet House. Your contact at Gourmet House has asked about the marketing at organisations that are well known for being successful.
