This paper deals with the primary theme of the stakeholders in which you have to describe different stakeholders who affect the objectives of two conflicting businesses. Moreover, you have to focus on the following aspects:

• Define the perceptions of different stakeholders
• Analyse the influence of the stakeholders invested in the organisation
• Make a report of evaluation of the into relevant stakeholder groups

D1: Evaluate the influence different stakeholders exert in one organisation

As a result of negative press from their competition, your managers are concerned about their level of understanding about their stakeholders. They have asked you to help them gather information on their stakeholders to help them understand how to satisfy them as best as possible.

You have been asked to research into relevant stakeholder groups and present your findings to the board of directors in the form of a report.

NOTE: for the P2 and M1 task you must cover both contrasting businesses, therefore complete a separate report/separate sections for each business. For D1 select one organisation and use sources to support your work. Useful sources might include news articles, journals or the company website. You must use MLA8 citations.

Include the following in your report

Introduction to stakeholders

Descriptions of the stakeholders in each organization and how they influence each business (P2)

Objectives of stakeholders and the business

Explanations of the objectives of each stakeholder and comparisons between the objectives of each stakeholder and the objectives of the organisations. (M1)

Evaluation of stakeholder influence

Choose one organization and evaluate the influence of their stakeholders using reliable sources to support your work.

Explain what each stakeholder can do to influence the business into meeting their objectives. Evaluate the influence of each stakeholder.

Discuss which stakeholders are most influential and why. Conclude on the overall influence of the stakeholders. (D1)
