Wiz Phone (UK) Limited, is a producer of special charger for mobile phones and other gadgets for retail customers in the UK. You are a Junior Management Accountant at the business, who attended the last senior management meeting, where some department managers complained about the lack of financial information to improve their decision making. The Director of Finance in Wiz Phone (UK) Limited has asked you to produce a report which will also be presented to all the department managers at the next meeting. As part of the presentation you have been asked to produce a range of supporting handout portfolio that identifies a range of management accounting techniques including planning tools and a comparison in the ways in which the organisation can respond to financial problems.
