You have been appointed a manager in your organisation and have been asked to produce a report explain your views on how to encourage high performance teams.
You will refer to your analysis of the relevant management and organisational behaviour literature and theories, and provide practical examples to support your arguments.

It is advised that whilst you can demonstrate in your report all the factors that you believe can affect the development and performance of teams.
