Identify a substantial work-based quality improvement project of strategic importance to your organisation.  You should discuss this project with senior management prior to commencing this project.  You are then required to plan and implement the project using your action learning set to support you in your quality improvement project.

Draw on a range of sources including diagnostic assessment to identify own development needs and identify, assess and select appropriate actions and sources of help to aid your development and will result in the successful completion of the project.  Furthermore you should evaluate and make a judgement about the effectiveness of your planned actions.

Note: Draw on your action learning set for support throughout the process.
