A number of companies operating worldwide have introduced a new policy called Bring-your-own-device (BYOD) which allows and encourages the staff to use their personal smart devices, such as smart phones, tablets, notebooks and laptops to access enterprise data and systems.

In the light of the above, write a 500-word essay discussing two challenges of BYOD to the IT network.
