Selecting a business of your choice, (it is suggested that you choose a substantial UK or UK based sized organisation (plc, large public sector body or charity)) write a 2,500 word report to:
• analyse and evaluate the current roles of two key stakeholders who are involved in managing the employment relationship within that organisation.
• identify and analyse some of the key current challenges experienced by stakeholders when managing employment relations within the business under discussion
• Evaluate the current practical challenges managers experience when managing both the working relationship and stakeholders expectations
